Private Partnership Joint Venture for Infrastructure Projects in Indonesia
We are pleased to announce the establishment of a new international partnership. On 15 August 2025, a Private Partnership Joint Venture (PPP Investment) was formed to support infrastructure projects of the Indonesian government.
The cooperation brings together three companies from Indonesia, Taiwan, and Thailand:

On 03 August 2025, Dr. Suphol, representing Terddumri Company Limited, attended an important financial meeting at
PT Mandiri Bank in Jakarta, Indonesia.
During this visit, a financial agreement was officially signed at MASDAR LIRA, SH Kantor Notaris/PPT, under the authority of the S.K. Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia.
This notarized public document formalizes the cooperation between Terddumri Company Limited and PT WEN Indonesia, coming into effect under Indonesian law.
With this milestone, our company reinforces its commitment to sustainable business and investment projects in
Indonesia and Timor-Leste.

Strategic Financial Partnership with Indonesian Investors Confirmed
Dr. Suphol Civilize is pleased to announce that on 17 July 2025, a significant cash-backed bank guarantee was officially issued by Mahkota Bank Indonesia, signed by Mr. Leonardo (Director). The guarantee has been duly confirmed by PT Bank Mandiri and serves as full financial backing for the company’s current and upcoming investment projects.
Additionally, a Joint Venture Agreement has been signed between PT Wirama Entiti Nusantara (Indonesia), represented by Mr. Andi Zaenal Abidin (President/Director), and Terddumri Company Limited (Thailand).
This partnership marks another milestone in our international expansion and project development – with a strong focus on sustainable value creation and long-term economic collaboration across Southeast Asia.

A significant milestone was reached today as a strategic joint investment agreement was signed between Professor Dr. Peter Palanugool, Chairman & CEO of Precious Blockchain Co., Ltd., and Dr. Suphol Civilize, Chairman of Terddumri Company Limited.
The partnership marks a forward-looking collaboration in the field of high-level project financing and blockchain integration, paving the way for upcoming large-scale developments in Thailand and the ASEAN region.
The signing ceremony was held in the presence of distinguished witnesses:

The KL-SG HSR Story
The idea of the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High Speed Rail was initiated through the Economic Transformation Programme to transform Malaysia into a high-income nation. The KL-SG HSR is an alternative travel mode between two of Southeast Asia's most vibrant and fast-growing economic engines.
The iconic project will include 7 stations in Malaysia - Bandar Malaysia, Sepang-Putrajaya, Seremban, Melaka, Muar, Batu Pahat and Iskandar Puteri, before reaching its last destination in Jurong East, Singapore.
The connectivity will enable businesses to be more productive and access a broader market place, while the public will enjoy an improved travel experience of shorter travel time (90 minutes from KL to Singapore) and a comfortable ride, through the HSR's city centre to city centre connection along the corridor.
The KL-SG HSR is more than just a transportation project - it is an impetus towards socio-economic development in Kuala Lumpur and the intermediate cities along the HSR corridor, starting with economic clusters centred around each station. This will ultimately change how people live, work and travel entirely.
